The problem
You're carrying the whole schedule in your head — who's in, who's out,
which rehearsals are mandatory, when the gig is. The last group
calendar got revolted over access. And you're chasing six guys with
five other bands, day jobs, and a wedding to lock down a handful of
dates.
What I'll build
One page anyone can open in a browser — no app, no login. The whole
schedule, color-coded so you see at a glance what's a rehearsal, a
gig, studio, or travel. Tap any day and it opens: who's committed, the
address with a Maps/Waze button, and what the session's for.
It's all below — that's the actual thing.
How it handles who's needed
Every event carries its own commitment level, because not
everything matters the same:
gigs & studio are mandatory (someone's out →
find a sub, and it flags it), rehearsals are flexible,
travel is just info. The system knows the difference, so you
don't have to hold it in your head.
You stay in control
Everything — the calendar and the data behind it — lives on
your UFT Records Google account. You own it. If you ever want
out, you revoke my access and keep everything. I just get editing
rights to build it and keep it running.
And every band call stays yours — what's a full rehearsal vs.
a mini, who has to be in the room. I'm not here to control any of
that. I build the system that runs your decisions and chase
the logistics of getting the right people there. We'll shape the
day-to-day as it evolves.

Share a Google Calendar and a Google Sheet from the
UFT account with me — specifically to alan@thanksjune.com,
not any other address, so it connects to the right account (edit
access).
Access to set up a subdomain on uftrecords.com for the page
(handled securely).
